self-indulgent thing of Opal, my OC/mascot?? persona?? thing idk.......it's a bit tough to explain what she represents without feeling embarrassed but here goes. She embodies my aesthetics, but also (and more importantly) my values and hobbies. She travels around the universe, telling tales to make people happy, weaving stardust in the air to illustrate her stories........so yeah !!! It's a bit silly, I know. I just love telling stories and creating visuals to go with them ;; and I love purple and space too, obviously bahaha. (BTW, her beautiful design is courtesy of my bestie, PaperTsubaki !!)

Anyway, I really love how this turned out! <3 it was nice to draw something big and complex for myself again...

I did the background myself too, using Photoshop magic!! (aka a great tutorial that you can try out yourself right here)
